Firefox extensions and other tools

As a geeky interlude, here’s a list of the Firefox web browser extensions and other online tools I use.

Firefox browser

Chris Pederick’s web developer plugin – essential!

Which needs the DOM inspector to … err … inspect the DOM.

Firebug – more web development tools, including DOM and network analysis

Colorzilla – Advanced Eyedropper, Color Picker, Palette Viewer and other colorful goodies for your Firefox

Accessibility Colour Wheel from Giacomo Mazzocato – great tool for analysing colour contrasts for WCAG conformance and colour blindness.

Juicy studio’s WCAG 2 luminosity colour contrast ratio analyser – a simpler tool than the Colour Wheel and so much easier to use.

I’m also starting to get used to the Opera browser and dragonfly, but that’s a different story
